BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Paul Galle leads Resolute’s Modernization and Management and Business Performance Practices, which deliver end-to-end application lifecycle and data management solutions to our customers. With 11 years of global professional services experience, Galle has delivered to and consulted with major enterprise customers in the Financial Services, Insurance, and Public sectors throughout his career. Galle joined Resolute from Avanade where he spent seven years managing global delivery teams in India and the Philippines focused on Application Development, Management, and Maintenance. Prior to Avanade, Galle worked for Microsoft in Product Support Services where he had responsibility for strategic recruiting for the executive leadership team. Galle is a PMP Certified Project Manager and is skilled in global delivery methodologies such as Scrum/Agile; Microsoft Solutions Framework, and other waterfall methods. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Montana.
Christopher Chang, Solution Architect, supports Resolute’s clients by building enterprise collaboration solutions that drive information worker productivity and integration solutions that bridge legacy applications with modern platforms. Chang brings nearly 18 years of experience building enterprise applications to the Resolute team. Prior to joining Resolute, Chang held several technical leadership roles including leading the collaboration practice for Sogeti Northwest as Principal Consultant and was also a Solutions Architect at Avanade where he led a development team responsible for multiple, large-scale projects. Chang has also held several Chief Technology Officer positions at start-up companies. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
Yuri F.R. Lausberg - Solution Architect
Yuri Lausberg, Solution Architect for the Enterprise Collaboration practice at Resolute, has over thirteen years of industry experience designing, building, and deploying custom enterprise business applications across multiple industries. He has specialized his technical expertise on the Microsoft .NET platform, with deep in-depth focus on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (SharePointBlog). He also has extensive experience managing large diverse development teams as well as project management and application lifecycle management using various delivery methodologies, such as SDLC and Agile. Prior to Resolute Yuri has worked for Avanade and Microsoft. Yuri holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Leiden University, the Netherlands.
